Parung, Bogor — Membentuk pribadi percaya diri perlu latihan. Latihan yang dilakukan tidak hanya sekali, tetapi berulang-ulang. Salah satunya adalah dengan cara berbicara di depan khalayak banyak.
Berbicara di depan umum bukan hanya sekadar mengunakan mulut, tetapi seluruh panca indra ikut terlibat bahkan pikiran, rasa dan jiwa. Misalnya ketika akan bicara di depan umum, terasa berkeringat atau kaki bergetar ini bukti. Pancaindra, rasa dan jiwa terlibat di dalamnya.
Salah satu cara mengendalikannya adalah dengan mencoba dan berlatih, dengan berlatih beberapa kali maka berangsur keterampilan bicara dan mental akan lebih kuat dan teruji.
Program unggulan SMPIT insan Mandiri Parung (IMP) membekali life skill public speaking. Setiap siswa diberi kesempatan untuk menjadi Pembina upacara, Pembina apel, MC kegiatan sebagai ajang latihan, tentu, sudah dilatih teori dan prakteknya oleh para guru yang yang ditugaskan khusus.
Syahla Salsabila adalah siswa yang mendapat kesempatan menjadi Pembina upacara Senin (27/5/2024). Syahla memang siswa yang cukup aktif, siswa kelas 7 ini adalah wakil ketua OSIS, dan prestasi Syahla ini selain aktifis adalah telah menghapal Al Qur’an 30 Juz.
Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Syahla ini adalah bagian dari program Khidmah Mujtama’, yaitu program pembelajaran untuk mengamalkan ilmu yang sudah dipelajari dan diamalkan di masyarakat.
Syahla, sebagai pembicara dalam apel pagi Senin membawakan tema “Disiplin waktu menurut Al Qur’an” berikut cuplikannya;
“Banyak dari kita tidak menyadari pentingnya 1 detik waktu yang telah terlewati atau yang akan datang. Ada yang sadar tapi jarang digunakan untuk melakukan kebaikan. Kebanyakan sadar setelahnya yang tersisa hanya penyesalan dan kerugian. Sebagaimana firman Allah SWT. Surat Al asr ayat 1-3:
وَالْعَصْرِ
إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لَفِی خُسۡرإِلَّا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟
وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡا۟ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡا۟ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
Yang artinya, “Demi waktu, sesungguhnya manusia berada dalam kerugian, kecuali orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan kebajikan serta saling menasehati untuk kebenaran dan saling menasehati untuk kesabaran”.
Jika kita benar-benar hidup berdisiplin waktu, maka jalan usaha dan kerja sebagai perwujudan ibadah kepada Allah akan selalu mendapat keridhaan serta kemudahan dari padaNya. Bukan dari orang lain, akan tetapi hasil dari usaha kita sendiri.
Dalam Qur’an surat Al Isra’ ayat 84
كُلࣱّ یَعۡمَلُ عَلَىٰ شَاكِلَتِهِۦ فَرَبُّكُمۡ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَنۡ هُوَ أَهۡدَىٰ سَبِیلࣰا
yang artinya: “Katakanlah tiap-tiap orang berbuat menurut keadaannya masing-masing, maka tuhanmu lebih mengetahui siapa yang lebih benar jalannya”.
Allah memerintahkan kita untuk melakukan sesuatu yang menjadi kemampuan/pasion, dalam artian kita harus menekuni satu hal sampai menjadi keahlian khusus.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manfaat disiplin ada tiga yaitu, pertama, Disiplin dapat memberikan keseimbangan dunia dan akhirat. Dengan disiplin waktu kita dapat menyeimbangkan kepentingan dunia dan akhirat. Dalam surat Al qasas ayat 77 telah dijelaskan yang artinya “ Dan carilah pada apa yang telah dianugerahkan Allah kepadamu (kebahagiaan) negeri akhirat, dan janganlah kamu melupakan bahagiamu dari (kenikmatan) duniawi dan berbuat baiklah (kepada orang lain) sebagaimana Allah telah berbuat baik, kepadamu, dan janganlah kamu berbuat kerusakan di (muka) bumi. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang berbuat kerusakan”.
Kedua,.disiplin dapat menghindarkan dari sifat lalai Jangan meremehkan sesuatu, hal sekecil apapun. Karena suatu saat akan menjadi boomerang untuk diri sendiri. Dan ketiga, Membentuk kepercayaan diri.
Jika kita sudah terbiasa disiplin, maka kita tidak akan ragu menunjukkan keahlian kita. Kepercayaan diri akan tumbuh dalam melakukan segala hal tanpa takut akan pendapat orang lain. Sebagaimana firman Allah SWT Q.S. Ali Imran ayat 139 yang artinya “ jangan kamu bersikap lemah dan janganlah (pula) kamu bersedih hati, padahal kamulah orang-orang yang paling tinggi (derajatnya), jika kamu orang- yang beriman”.
