Jagakarsa, Jakarta — Pengaruh kepemimpinan, Great Leaders, Great Influencers, menjadi pemimpin besar dan berpengaruh. Pemimpin yang hebat adalah pemimpin yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap yang dipimpin. Pengaruh seorang pemimpin sangat berdampak terhadap visi, misi  dan tujuan organisasinya.

Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa atau yang biasa disebut dengan LDKS, merupakan sebuah sarana pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk kepemimpinan dan melatih kedisiplinan siswa dalam sebuah organisasi di sekolah, kegiatan ini merupakan agenda rutin tahunan sekolah yang bisa menjadi sebuah wadah mencari dan mengasah keterampilan dalam seni kepemimpinan juga memimpin sebuah organisasi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya.

LDKS tahun ini kami berkolaborasi SMPIT Insan Mandiri dengan SMPIT Insan Mandiri Kalisari, berbagai kegiatan dihelat selama dua hari, pada tanggal  9-10 Mei 2024.

Kepemimpinan sekolah, membangun relasi, dan group discussion, menjadi pilihan materi yang disampaikan oleh panitia, beragam kegiatan outing, seperti jurit malam, fun games dan outbond juga diasajikan untuk menambah pengalaman mereka dalam membentuk team kreatif dan mampu berkolaborasi.

Keseruan yang menyenangkan yang menjadi ciri khas pembelajaran Sekolah Insan Mandiri terlihat dalam kegiatan ini. Seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan penuh semangat.

Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kolaborasi, Decision making, Time Management menjadi tujuan akhir dari berbagai kegiatan indoor dan outdoor LDKS, semoga dapat terserap dengan baik sebagai bekal para siswa saat mulai terjun ke masyarakat. (Luthfi Zulkarnain).
