JAKARTA (22/12)– Setiap memasuki masa liburan sekolah, ada satu agenda rutin yang dinantikan para guru dan karyawan di SDIT Insan Mandiri Kalisari. alih-alih berwisata, para guru dan karyawan antusias mengikuti Kegiatan  Peningkatan Kinerja diri.

Jelang semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022-2023, Kegiatan Peningkatan Kinerja Diri digelar selama 2 hari, di  tanggal 19 dan 20 Desember 2022. Kegiatan ini mengusung tema, “ Guru Tangguh, Generasi Maju”. Rangkaian acara diatur sedemikian rupa agar maksimal merefresh semangat guru dan karyawan.

Tak tanggung-tanggung, nara sumber yang hadir pada sesi seminar adalah Direktur Pendidikan Sekolah Insan Mandiri, Ibu DR. HJ. Heni Lestari, S.Pd, M.Si., dan anggota Tim Mentor Sekolah Insan Mandiri DR (Can) Adriyani Astuti, M.Pd yang tak diragukan lagi kepiawaian keduanya dalam  menyampaikan materi.

Selain aktivitas Indoor, ada juga aktivitas outdoor berupa kegiatan senam bersama dan games berkelompok yang bertujuan mengeratkan ukhuwah dan memupuk kekompakan.

Senyum, Gelak tawa, sorak-sorai dan tepuk tangan yang kerap menyelingi jalannya acara, baik pada sesi indoor maupun outdoor mengindikasikan  respon positive peserta selama mengikuti kegiatan.
