Setu, Bekasi, 2/5 — Pemimpin adalah keteladanan, pemimpin adalah seni untuk mengajak orang lain melakukan kebaikan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan.

Menjadi pemimpin tidak semata mata berada dalam struktur organisasi atau pemerintahan. Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat secara personal pun kita bisa menjadi pemimpin untuk diri kita sendiri.

Menjadi pemimpin perlu dilatih dan didorong serta dibina sejak dini. Salah satu contoh media adalah menjadi menjadi  pemimpin di sekolah yang disebut dengan ketua  OSIS.

Bertepatan dengan hari pendidikan nasional 2024, SMP IT Insan Mandiri Greenville Bekasi mengadakan rangkaian suksesi kepemimpinan yaitu debat calon ketua OSIS periode 2024-2025. Akan bersaing 2 pasangan calon (Paslon), Paslon 1 yaitu Faris Aulia Muhammad dan M. Yusuf Abdul Aziz sebagai wakilnya. Dan Paslon 2 yaitu M Adlan Wirzison yang berpasangan dengan M. Tajudin Naufal.

Dalam prosesnya, ternyata mereka mampu menyampaikan visi dan misinya secara lantang dan jelas. Terlihat, mereka adalah anak anak hebat yang terpilih serta memiliki kemampuan yang luar biasa.

Tentu saja kemampuan soft skill kepemimpinan mereka tidak lepas dari bimbingan para ustadz-ustadzah serta pimpinan sekolah dalam proses pendidikan.

Keempat calon tersebut selain memiliki prestasi akademik yang bagus, mereka juga adalah siswa siswa yang telah menyelesaikan hafalan alquran 30 juz.
