Dalam Pendidikan, pembelajaran adalah proses yang sangat penting, pembelajaran adalah  proses interaksi guru, murid serta lingkungan belajar untuk memperoleh perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta perilaku. Hal ini tentu, menjadi salah satu pertimbangan orangtua untuk menentukan pilihan  menyekolahkan anaknya. Beberapa faktor lain  yang bisa dipertimbangkan oleh orang tua dalam memilih sekolah diantaranya faktor ekonomi, faktor geografi dan manajemen sekolah.

Saat ini, memilih sekolah tidak hanya di awal tahun pembelajaran, tetapi sepanjang waktu orang tua dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memilih sekolah, kenapa demikian? Karena saat ini sudah banyak sekolah sebagai pilihan dengan berbagai program sesuai dengan yang di inginkan oleh orangtua. Tentu, ketiga faktor pertimbangan diatas untuk memilih sekolah menjadi penting, tetapi yang lebih penting lagi adalah,  apakah, tujuan orangtua, sejalan dengan tujuan sekolah.

Sering kita mendengar bahwa ada yang sekolah di sekolah favorit mereka merasa tidak punya waktu untuk bersosialisasi, atau pernah mendengar anak mogok sekolah karena stres dengan pembelajaran atau kegiatan yang ada di sekolah. Apalagi, generasi milenial saat ini mempunyai situasi kondisi yang berbeda dengan zaman orangtuanya. Sehingga dalam memilih sekolah tidak hanya menjadi pilihan orangtua tetapi juga menjadi pilihan anaknya. Generasi melenial lebih menginginkan sekolah yang nyaman, menyenangkan dan bahagia.

 

Konsep Pendidikan Insan Mandiri

Sekilas, konsep pendidikan Insan Mandiri tidak berbeda dengan sekolah Islam terpadu lainnya. Namun, terlihat pendidikan Tarbiyah Qur’aniyah, menjadi inspirasi yang mendalam (deep inspiration). Konsep pendidikan Sekolah islam Terpadu Insan mandiri adalah, pertama integrasi antara kurikulum umum dan agama secara berimbang. Konsep ini sangat penting, karena murid diajak memahami ilmu pengetahuan di dasarkan dan berpedoman pada Al Qur’an, semua ilmu yang ada di dunia ini adalah karunia yang Allah berikan kepada umatnya. Kedua Memadukan secara utuh ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dalam pelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran dengan berbagai pendekatan dan metode ketiga ranah tadi di ramu oleh guru sehingga semuanya tersaji, hal ini akan memudah bagi siswa yang punya gaya berlajar berbeda tetapi tetap bisa memahami materi yang sedang diajarkan. Ketiga, mengedepankan pembelajaran Tahfidz Al Qur,an. Di semua jenjang seklah di unit sekolah Insan mandiri pembelajaran Al Qur’an adalah yang pertama dilakuan di jam awal dan di tahun awal, bahkah untuk tingkat menengah, murid diharapkan bisa menyelesaikan seteron Al Qur’an 30 Juz, serta berusaha untuk terus me-mutqin-kan hapalannya.

Yang menarik dari konsep pendidikan di atas, adalah bagaimana guru dapat berkolaborasi dengan murid di kelas sehingga suasana di dalam pembelajaran tidak terasa kaku semuanya cair dan murid selalu merindukan setiap pembelajarannya.

Sekolah Insan Mandiri Mempunyai Tagline “Sekolah Para Juara, dan  Sayang Teman, Berkarakter Bebasis Sholat” hal ini bisa diartikan bahwa Semua anak memiliki kecerdasan dan keistimewaan yang berbeda-beda, anugerah yang mulia dari Sang Pencipta. Karenanya  meyakini bahwa setiap anak adalah cerdas  dan semua anak Juara. Semua murid layak mendapat bintang, ini yang membuat murid selalu antusias dalam pembelajaran.

Sayang Teman, kata ini seperti menjadi kata sakti di lingkungan Insan Mandiri. Bahkan, Insan Mandiri menjadi satu satunya sekolah yang menjadikan sayang teman dalam taglinenya. Tageline sekolah sayang teman merupakan bentuk pencegahan terjadinya konflik atau gesekan sosial antar murid agar terciptanya suasana yang aman, nyaman dan efektif bagi terlaksananya kegiatan pembelajaran.

Berkarakter berbasis sholat, Shalat merupakan salah satu Quality Assurance yang ditawarkan. Lima karakter yang  diangkat dari kegiatan shalat yaitu Jujur, Peduli, Bersih, Disiplin dan Mandiri. “Bila shalatnya baik maka baik pula seluruh amalnya…”.

Dari uraian konsep pendidikan diatas, menunjukan adanya arah yang jelas dalam proses pendidikannya. Serta menjadi terang, apa yang menjadi titik tekan dalam pembelajaran di insan mandiri.

 

Pembelajaran

Permbelajaran adalah ruh dalam pendidikan, perubahan menjadi harapan, murid dalam prosesnya mempunyai pengalaman yang berkesan dan selalu di ingat dalam hidupnya. Dengan menggunakan proses pembelajaran active learning yang berbasis Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR), Sekolah Insan Mandiri menerima peserta didik tanpa tes/seleksi awal masuk sekolah, karena diyakini bahwa semua anak terlahir pasti memiliki kelebihan, kecerdasan dan keistimewaan yang merupakan anugerah dari Sang Pencipta. Program-program Unggulan dan langkah-langkah strategis pembelajaran dirancang dengan baik untuk mencapai target pendidikan serta pembentukan karakter peserta didik, diantaranya: Jujur, Disiplin, Bersih, Peduli dan Mandiri. (Karim Santoso, 2019).

Dengan Tarbiyah Qur’aniyah, ilmu pengetahuan dan konsep keteladanan. Mengedepankan kedisiplinan proses belajar mengajar yang kreatif, fun learning, komunikatif dan mandiri, sehingga menjadi akhlak keseharian yang dilaksanakan secara bersama dan berkesinambungan. Dengan kesungguhan dan kerja sama yang harmonis antara Murid, guru, dan orangtua, akan dilahirkan generasi yang mampu memberikan manfaat keilmuan, penerapan dan keteladanan di zamannya.

Peran guru menjadi Penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran, diawali dengan pendekatan  persepsi bahwa semua murid adalah anaknya sendiri, walapun bukan anak biologis, tetapi perlakuan seperti pada anak kandungnya, efek dari hal ini, suasana yang akan terjadi adalah suasana yang penuh cinta. Ini, Hal Pertama ditanamkan kepada para guru. Sehingga guru menjadi tauladan sudah terinternalisasi dalam dirinya.

Merancang pembelajaran dengan berbagai metode menyenangkan adalah sebuah keharusan, sikap kreatif dan inovatif yang dikembangkan dalam pelatihan rutin, di terapkan dan dilatih dalam proses pembelajaran. Pembelajaran harus membumi dengan kehidupan keseharian para murid, sehingga pelajaran akan mudah dipahami, menurut para guru target kurikulum adalah bukan segalanya dalam pembelajaran, tetapi dengan karakter yang sudah terbentuk, suasana diciptakan guru yang mendukung membuat murid selalu antusias untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Kompetensi guru yang mumpuni dalam bidang pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional  dalah kemampuan seorang guru untuk melakukan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan layak dan bertanggungjawab. Guru Insan Mandiri adalah fasilitator yang bisa memantik murid untuk terus belajar.

Filosofi menjagar adalah pendorong untuk membangun suasana belajar yang menyenangkan sehingga anak selalu bersemangat dan senang dalam belajar. Filosofi “mengajar penuh penuh cinta adalah mimpi” menjadi inspirasi guru. Profesi guru bukan hanya untuk menjemput rizki, tetapi juga sebagai ladang dakwah.

Orang tua adalah adalah pelaku utama dalam pendidikan anaknya, sehinnga sinergi proses pembelajaran di sekolah juga didukung dengan lingkungan belajar di rumah. Kegiatan Masa Orientasi Orang tua, Quality time, Parenting, Menjadi program bersama antara wali murid dan sekolah. Anak Bahagia, guru bahagia, pasti orangtuanya bahagia.

Sekolah Insan Mandiri terus berusaha mendesain konsep sekolah model, diharapkan juga agar layak ditiru dan mudah dicontoh oleh sekolah-sekolah lain. Semoga kiprah Insan Mandiri yang mejadikan sekolah sebagai tempat menyenangkan untuk belajar dapat terus berkembang dan mengispirasi stockholder pendidikan.
