Setu, Bekasi (13/12)– Menjadi Orangtua Hebat untuk Anak yang Cerdas adalah tema yang diusung oleh TKIT Insan Mandiri Greenville Setu Bekasi dalam Seminar Parenting yang diprakarsai koodinator kelas (korlas) dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, 8 Desember 2022 dengan mengundang Dr. Hj. Heni Lestari, S.Pd, M.Si. Direktur Pendidikan Insan Mandiri/Trainer Parenting Islami.
Dalam pengantarnya Dr. Hj. Heni Menjelaskan anak merupakan titipan Allah kepada orangtua, sebagai orangtua pastinya akan memberikan cinta dan kasih sayang dengan merawat hingga mendidik anak-anaknya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Allah SWT berfirman dalam surat At Tahrim ayat 6, yang artinya :“Hai orang-orang yang beriman, peliharalah dirimu dan keluargamu dari api neraka yang bahan bakarnya adalah manusia dan batu; penjaganya malaikat-malaikat yang kasar, yang keras, yang tidak mendurhakai Allah terhadap apa yang diperintahkan-Nya kepada mereka dan selalu mengerjakan apa yang diperintahkan” . Nilai yang dapat kita ambil dari ayat di atas adalah tentang kewajiban orangtua untuk mendidik anak-anaknya sesuai dengan apa yang telah diperintahkan oleh Allah SWT.
Lebih lanjut Dr. Hj. Heni Menjelaskan setiap anak dilahirkan dengan fitrahnya masing-masing, seperti yang disebutkan dalam hadist riwayat Bukhari Muslim yang berbunyi “Setiap bayi dilahirkan dalam keadaan fitrah, maka kedua ibu-bapaknyalah yang akan menjadikannya seorang Yahudi atau Nasrani atau seorang Majusi”. Fitrah yang dimiliki setiap anak ada tiga, pertama, fitrah beragama yang lurus (Islam), fitrah Ketuhanan yang berfungsi sebagai daya emosi. Kedua, fitrah kemanusiaan, Insaniyah yang berfungsi sebagai daya kognisi/ cipta. Ketiga, fitrah kehewanan, Hayawaniyah yang berfungsi sebagai daya konasi/ karsa.
Semua fitrah yang disebutkan di atas merupakan potensi baik yang dimiliki setiap anak, artinya setiap orangtua harus menggali hingga mengembangkan setiap potensi yang dimilki oleh setiap anak dimulai dari rumah.
Peran orangtua dalam menjaga fitrah anak adalah pertama, keteladan, yaitu dengan memberikan keteladanan atau contoh yang baik di dalam rumah karena anak belajar dari orangtuanya. Dan kedua kasih sayang, memberikan kasih sayang dalam keluarga marilah kita mencoba menjadi lunak dan baik terhadap satu sama lain, tapi benar-benar tegas dalam hal menjaga aturan dan melakukan yang benar.
Setiap anak memiliki kecerdasan yang berbeda-beda. Sama halnya dengan fitrah, setiap orangtua memiliki tugas untuk menemukan kecerdasan yang dimiliki setiap anak untuk dikembangkan.Ada 9 kecerdasan yang dimiliki oleh setiap anak, yaitu :Kecerdasan bahasa, Kecerdasan logika matematika, Kecerdasan visual dan spasial, Kecerdasan kinestetik (gerakan), Kecerdasan musical, Kecerdasan interpersonal, Kecerdasan intrapersonal, Kecerdasan naturalis, Kecerdasan eksistensial
Berhubungan dengan pengembangan potensi bakat anak, Dr. Hj.Heni Memaparkan bahwa,Potensi anak akan menjadi BAKAT apabila, pertama Anak diberikan kesempatan kebebasan berekspresi sesuai dengan perkembangan otaknya. Kedua,anak berkembang dalam suasana rumah dan sekolah yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Ketiga, anak beraktivitas tanpa ada paksaan, tekanan dan hukuman. Keempat, Anak belajar dengan cara belajarnya, yaitu dengan cara yang disukainya.
Sebagai penutup, Dr Hj. Heni memberikan pemantik kepada para orang tua dengan penyataan “anak perlu diajarkan terbang bukan terus dilindungi”. Bagaimana kita memperlakukan mereka saat ini, akan menentukan seperti apa mereka nanti. Sedikit demi sedikit ajarkan mereka terbang, hingga betul-betul dapat lepas landas. Anak perlu diajari keterampilan yang mereka butuhkan untuk bertahan hidup, bukan hanya focus belajar pada hal-hal yang akan diujikan di sekolah.
“Alhamdulillah acara parenting sangat menginspirasi serta berjalan dengan lancar, saya selalu mengucapkan banyak terimakasih kapada-bunda bunda yang sudah hadir dalam kegiatan ini”, , ujar Bunda Kevin sebagai penanggungjawab acara Seminar parenting.
