Setelah pendengaran potensi yang lebih awal berkembang pada anak adalah kemampuan gerak. Mulai dari tahap awal kelahiran sampai anak mencapai usia sekolah taman kanak-kanak, mereka terus secara alamiah mengembangkan sendiri kemampuan gerak-motoriknya. Ini bukan tanpa sebab, tapi  bagian dari sunnatullah untuk kehidupan (survival for life).

Kemampuan mendengar dan kemampuan gerak pada awal-awal perkembangan, merupakan cikal yang menguatkan potensi kemampuan anak kelak. Sejak si anak dari usia 3 bulan di alam rahim, ia telah mampu mendengar segala jenis bunyi suara dan di dibulan ke 4 dan seterusnya, ia telah mampu merespon suara dengan gerakan menendang. Respon gerakan adalah cara bayi dalam rahim berkomunikasi. Sepertinya, Allah Zat Yang Maha Menciptakan, telah menyiapkan sistem perangkat lunak padanya untuk bertumbuh dan berkembang.

Sejak anak lahir, sampai usia sekolah menengah pertama, kemampuan mendengar anak harus terus di edukasi melalui praktek sehari-hari agar anak terbiasa memberikan respon pendengaran ketika ia menerima instruksi dan ajakan. Kemampuan mendengarkan bukan sekedar bagaimana mendengar tetapi bagaimana memberikan umpan balik terhadap apa yang didengar, baik itu melalui pemikiran ataupun tindakan.

Begitu juga kemampuan gerak, sejak anak lahir, sampai usia sekolah dasar kemampuan gerak anak harus terus distimulasi melalui aktifitas-aktifitas kinestetik, agar anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mental dan kecakapan kecerdasan kognitif. Menurut para ahli, bahwa aktifitas kinestetik yang dilakukan anak secara berulang, konsisten dan atraktif menyenangkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan motorik saja, tetapi juga menstimulasi fungsi kognitif seperti peningkatan fokus, perhatian (atensi) serta meningkatkan kecakapan emosi anak  (Said, 183: 2020).

Penting diawal masuk sekolah taman kanak-kanak dan sekolah dasar menelusuri tingkat perkembangan fisik-motorik anak. Di SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta, siswa baru akan dilakukan survei tingkat perkembangan fisik-motorik untuk mengetahui sejauh mana potensi perkembangan fisik mereka yang berpengaruh pada kemampuan dan perkembangan mental, fokus, dan perhatian (atensi). Sejatinya, anak usia pra dasar yang memiliki fokus dan perhatian yang baik cenderung lebih mudah memberikan respon terhadap instruksi selama proses kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah.

Di SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta, setiap anak akan di survei potensi perkembangan fisik-motoriknya dan jenis kecerdasannya, sehingga anak-anak ini mendapatkan stimulasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dan tepat sampai anak-anak ini mencapai level kecerdasan terbaiknya di usia menengah atas. Semoga.
