Guru-guru inilah yang terus mengangkat nama Insan Mandiri sehingga semakin maju dan berkembang. Hal ini diungkapkan kepada Kepala Riset & Pengembangan Insan Mandiri, Abdul Hakim, S.Kom, MM pada Senin (3/9) saat melakukan supervisi pembelajaran di SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta.
“Guru-guru di SDIT Insan Mandiri, hebat. Mereka guru-guru muda yang mau terus belajar dan meningkatkan kualitas diri yang berimbas majunya sekolah.” ungkap Ratih mengurai penjelasannya.
Sebagai pengawas, ia puas dengan kemauan belajar guru Insan Mandiri. Ia bertekad untuk terus mendampingi guru-guru sehingga semakin berkembang. Ia berharap, proses belajar guru tidak terhenti. Guru harus terus berkomitmen untuk menjaga kontinuitas semangat dan kreatifitas.
“Yang perlu dijaga adalah semangat kontinuitas guru. Misalnya, display kelas, di Insan Mandiri sudah sangat bagus. Memberikan bukti bahwa pembelajaran aktif sesuai kurikulum 2013 dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun, semangat kontinuitas harus tetap terjaga. Kreatifitas guru harus terus muncul. Kan, tema itu berubah terus setiap bulan,” tambahnya.
Ratih berkomitmen akan terus mendampingi perbaikan-perbaikan yang dilakukan sekolah. Ia juga akan mengawal pembelajaran di SDIT Insan Mandiri hingga akreditasi di tahun 2019 nanti.
“Saya akan mendampingi pembelajaran di SDIT Insan Mandiri secara rutin hingga akreditasi 2019 nanti. Sekolah harus menjaga nilai akreditasi yang diperoleh di tahun-tahun lalu yang nilainya mencapai 98.00. Paling tidak minimal nilai tersebut sama,” Ungkap Ratih bersemangat.
