Parung, Bogor — SMPIT-SMAIT Insan Mandiri  Parung setiap tahunnya mengelar upacara Hari Santri. Momentum ini adalah saat yang tepat  membakar semangat santri untuk tambah semangat belajar, agar mampu membangun peradaban dan berkontribusinya terhadap kemajuan Negeri Indonesia.

SMPIT-SMAIT Insan Mandiri  Parung, yang merupakan sekolah khusus putri yang bebasis pesantren tahfidz. Mempersiapkan siswa putri untuk menjadi tonggak peradaban Islam yang mampu membimbing generasi mulai dari keluarga dengan dasar aqidah yang kuat. Hal ini bisa terlihat dari kurikulum khas SIT Insan Mandiri Parung.

Hari Santri mengingatkan kita kepada peran besar para santri dan para ulama, dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia dari serangan penjajah.

Perjuangan para santri dan para ulama pada masa revolusi kemerdekaan tersebut adalah bentuk pengamalan ajaran Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wassalam, bahwa cinta tanah air adalah sebagian dari iman.

Memperjuangkan kemerdekaan tanah air juga menjadi bagian dari ibadah. Pada kondisi tertentu, melawan musuh atau kekuatan penjajah bahkan bisa menjadi wajib bagi setiap muslim sebagaimana difatwakan para ulama dalam Resolusi Jihad tanggal 22 Oktober 1945.

Tema peringatan Hari Santri Nasional 2023 yaitu “Jihad Santri Jayakan Negeri” patut menjadi bahan renungan kita bersama. Tema ini mengajak kita semua meneladani semangat para santri yang berjuang dengan sepenuh hati dan jiwa untuk memajukan bangsa dan negara. Jihad yang dimaksud bukanlah peperangan fisik, melainkan perjuangan moral dan intelektual!

Maka, jihad kita adalah berlaku jujur, adil, dan bertanggung jawab dalam segala urusan. Jihad kita adalah membantu sesama manusia, terutama kelompok lemah dan tertindas. Jihad kita adalah berkontribusi positif untuk kemajuan bangsa dan negara.

Dengan memahami makna jihad ini, kita akan menunjukkan bahwa santri bukanlah orang-orang yang mundur dari tantangan, melainkan mereka yang siap menghadapi gejolak zaman sekaligus berkontribusi membangun peradaban demi kemajuan dan kesejahteraan  negeri. (Eliya Masri).***
