Parung, Bogor, (1/9) — SMPIT Insan Mandiri adalah sekolah khusus murid putri yang berada di bilangan Parung Bogor. Sebagai  Sekolah berasrama khusus putri, tentu ada kekhasan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain diberikan pengetahuan kurikulum nasional, ada kurikulum khas sekolah seperti tahfidz dan  pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk mempersiapkan muridnya menjadi ummahat. Salah satunya adalah keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi.

Kegiatan ini diselengarakan satu pekan sekali diselengarakan dalam forum Islamic Character Building (ICB), atau bisa dirancang dalam kegiatan yang lebih santai. Dalam kegiatan ini biasanya di lakukan bersama Kepala Sekolah, walas, wali asrama, dan guru ICBnya, secara bergantian.

Dalam kegiatan ini murid dapat menyampaikan cuhatan hati, usulan atau masukan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan mereka. Sekilas kegiatan ini seperti ngobrol biasa, namun dalam prosesnya sebenarnya ada beberapa pembelajaran langsung yang dapat mereka petik, diantaranya keberanian mengemukakan pendapat, rasa percaya diri dalam berinteraksi, terlatih mencari ide dan solusi dalam sebuah tantangan dan manfaat lainnya

Menurut kepala SMPIT Insan Mandiri Parung, Ustadzah Eliya Marliiza, S.Pd. I, komunikasi dalam bentuk  ngobrol dan diskusi bersama murid mumpunyai manfaat sebagai berikut, Pertama, dapat belajar banyak hal baru dari orang lain. Setiap individu memiliki pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan pandangan yang unik. Dengan berinteraksi dan bertukar informasi, kita dapat memperluas wawasan dan memperkaya pemahaman kita tentang dunia. Kedua, Meningkatkan Kreativitas. Diskusi dan ngobrol dengan orang lain dapat merangsang pikiran kreatif, Ide-ide baru, pandangan yang berbeda, dan pemikiran lintas disiplin dapat muncul melalui interaksi sosial. Ngobrol dengan orang lain dapat membuka pintu untuk inspirasi dan inovasi.

Ketiga, Menjaga Kesehatan Mental. Ngobrol dapat membantu menjaga kesehatan mental. Komunikasi yang terbuka dan jujur dengan orang lain dapat memberikan perasaan dukungan, pemahaman, dan pengakuan. Hal ini dapat mengurangi perasaan kesepian, kecemasan, dan depresi. Keempat, Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial. Melalui ngobrol, kita dapat memperbaiki keterampilan sosial kita. Kita belajar memahami norma sosial, membangun empati, dan menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Keterampilan sosial yang baik membantu kita berinteraksi dengan percaya diri dan efektif dalam berbagai situasi sosial. Dan yang terakhir kelima, Membantu Pemecahan Masalah.  Dalam ngobrol, kita dapat berdiskusi tentang masalah yang kita hadapi dan mendapatkan sudut pandang serta saran dari orang lain. Ngobrol membuka peluang untuk brainstorming, pemecahan masalah kolaboratif, dan mencari solusi yang lebih baik.

Semoga berinteraksi dengan orang lain, membangun hubungan, dapat meningkatkan keterampilan social dan berkomunikasi.Membantu membangun dan memperkuat hubungan sosial dengan orang lain. Dengan berkomunikasi secara langsung, kita dapat berbagi pengalaman, cerita, dan pandangan hidup. Hal ini dapat menciptakan ikatan emosional dan meningkatkan rasa keterhubungan dengan orang lain.
