SMPIT Insan Mandiri greenville Bekasi, telah mengelar  pelatihan leadership OSIS angkatan pada tahun ini pada tanggal 12-14 Juli 2023, dengan mengusung tema “Be The Leader, Make Your Action”

Pelatihan ini di helat dengan  tujuan membekali OSIS memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan serta mampu mengelola organisasi dan mengatur anggota, adik-adik dalam berbagai kegitan positif untuk mengasah kecerdasan sosialnya.

Untuk memenuhi tujuan diatas , Panitia  menghadirkan pembicara pembicara dari tim yayasan dan internal guru guru SMPIT.  Materi yang disajikan dengan menarik dan spektakuler, diantaranya tentang carakter building, leadership skill, explore your potential, public speaking, figure building dan team work building.

Dalam kegiatan ini, panitia memunculkan kegiatan khas Sekolah  Insan Mandiri yaitu dengan menghadirkan hadirkan game game yang menyenangkan, murojaah Alquran, ice breaking, qiyamulail, sholat jamaah, kultum, dan muhasabah.

Panitia yang digawangi oleh Ust Jefri Irsan ini melibatkan 26 peserta,  mereka  adalah kelas 9 dan  seluruh dewan guru juga wajib untuk mendampingi.

Sekolah Insan Mandiri  yang mempunyai tageline sekolah juara, di akhir acara panitia memberikan apresiasi untuk peserta peserta terbaik dan kelompok terbaik.  “Mabruk untuk peserta terbaik, ananda Yulia Rahma, M Ghazi Toana, M Mustofainal Akhyar, Dan Ananda Bagus, tutur Ustadz Anwar Soleh, S.Pd.I, M.Pd sebagai kepala sekolah dalam penyerahan  achievement tersebut.

“Alhamdulillah kegiatan ini didukung penuh ayah bunda korlas kelas 9 dan Eyang Ghazi mensupport seluruh fasilitas penginapan dan konsumsi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Luar biasa.  Semoga segala kebaikan kebaikan ayah bunda dibalas Allah dg pembalasan terbaik. Aamiin. Ungkap Ustdz Anwar sebagai ungkapan bahagia dan terimakasih kepada wali siswa yang telah mendukung penuh kegiatan ini.

Semoga dengan perhelatan pelatihan leadership OSIS SMPIT Insan Mandiri Greenvile, menjadi bekal untuk menjadi pemimpin hebat baik untuk saat ini maupun di masa yang akan datang.
