Parung, Bogor, 28/2 — Semua anak berpotensi menjadi pemimpin hebat. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut SMPIT Insan Mandiri Parung, membuat sebuah program salah satunya adalah melatih santri untuk berani dan percaya diri tampil di depan umum.
Hal tersebut perlu dilatih, sarana laitihannya adalah menjadi pembina upacara pengibaran Bendera Merah Putih setiap hari Senin. Yang berkesempatan menjadi pembina upacara pada tanggal adalah ananda Raisa Maulidia, beliau menyampaikan dengan tema “Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri’.
Dalam amanat upacara, Raisa mengungkapkan “meningkatkan rasa percaya diri bisa dilakukan dengan mulai belajar untuk berani dan tidak takut salah”.
“Setiap orang memiliki sifat unik sendiri-sendiri. Ada yang tidak malu dan selalu percaya diri dengan apa pun, bahkan di depan guru. Namun, ada yang sering malu dan tidak percaya diri dengan dirinya sendiri. Akhirnya kualitas belajarnya menjadi turun”. Tutur Raisa
Lebih lanjut Raisa menjelaskan beberapa cara meningkatkan rasa percaya diri,” pertama mempercayai kemampuan karena mempercayai kemampuan yang dimiliki, membantu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri. Kedua, berani mencoba Hal Baru, dengan mencoba hal baru, kamu tidak akan ragu untuk melakukannya lagi. Kita sering tidak percaya diri karena belum pernah mencobanya terlebih dahulu, ketiga, lebih banyak berbicara dengan guruperbanyak komunikasi dengan guru, jangan takut meski mereka sudah dewasa”.
Selanjutnya,” keempat melatih bebicara sendiri, misal berbicara di depan cermin terlebih dahulu. dengan sering bicara dan mengatur apa yang diucap, dan terakhir tidak takut salah,kalau kamu terlalu banyak berpikir dan khawatir, kemungkinan besar tidak akan melakukan apapun. Melakukan kesalahan adalah suatu hal yang wajar dan bisa diperbaiki”. Ujarnya.
Dengan pembelajaran praktek berbicara di depan orang banyak, semoga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi yang diperlukan sebagai pemimpin hebat dijamannya. “Aku Bisa Menjadi Pemimpin Hebat” selalu tertanam di benak para santri. (Eliya Masri).
