Sabtu, 18 Agustus 2018 Sekolah Insan Mandiri mengadakan refreshment (penyegaran) training untuk tim kebersihan. Tercatat, 20 staf yang kesemuanya adalah tim kebersihan Insan Mandiri baik pusat maupun unit, diterjunkan. Training ini dimulai dari jam 8 pagi hingga jam 4 sore di SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta. Trainer didatangkan dari Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani, Serpong.

“Kami berangkat jam 4 dini hari. Sholat subuh di rest area Km.57 agar tidak terlambat mengikuti pelatihan ini,” ungkap utusan Insan Mandiri Karawang.

Menurut Abdul Hakim, S.Kom, MM., Kepala Departemen Riset dan Pengembangan Sekolah Insan Mandiri, refreshment ini penting untuk penyegaran kembali tugas-tugas tim kebersihan.

“Seperti halnya batere HP yang terus menerus digunakan, suatu saat pasti akan melemah dan akhirnya habis dayanya. Untuk itulah dilakukan Refreshment Training bagi tim kebersihan, agar otak kembali disegarkan, mentalitas di recharge ke arah yang semakin positif.” Ungkap Hakim yang menjadi penanggungjawab training ini.

Menurut Hakim, tim kebersihan yang telah di recharge melalui refreshment training, diharapkan menjadi lebih dinamis, baik didalam pola berpikir dan cara penanganan pekerjaan mereka, setidaknya situasi dan kondisi pekerjaan boleh monoton, namun cara penanganannya sudah lebih dinamis, kreatif dan inovatif.

Training ini diawali dengan arahan & motivasi bagaimana meningkatkan etos kerja dilanjutkan dengan praktik lapangan terkait dengan tugas-tugas, termasuk penguatan kembali standarisasi bersih. Peserta dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok dan diberikan arahan teknis bagaimana area sekolah menjadi lebih bersih, nyaman dan apik.

Salahsatu guru Sekolah Insan Mandiri mengapresiasi tim kebersihan yang mengikuti pelatihan ini seraya berdoa, “Semoga Allah swt melipatgandakan pahala setiap tetes keringat yang mereka keluarkan untuk senantiasa menjaga kebersihan sekolah Insan Mandiri.” tulisnya dalam pesan melalui WhatsApp Group.
