Dan hendaklah takut kepada Allah orang-orang yang seandainya meninggalkan di belakang mereka anak-anak yang lemah, yang mereka khawatir terhadap (kesejahteraan) mereka. Oleh sebab itu hendaklah mereka bertakwa kepada Allah dan hendaklah mereka mengucapkan perkataan yang benar.  (QS : An Nisa : 9)

Pendidikan merupakan investasi utama bagi generasi penerus bangsa. ditengah perputaran zaman, di mana masyarakat dunia mengalami perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, mulai dari kebudayaan, Sosial, teknologi, ekonomi, politik, kesehatan dan lain-lain. Pendidikan memainkan perannya membentengi generasi muda dari hal-hal yang dapat merusak fitrah, serta membekali mereka,agar siap menghadapi tantangan dan tuntutan zaman.

Selain orang tua dan keluarga, tentunya guru merupakan salah satu sosok yang berperan penting dalam membentuk watak dan jiwa anak sebagai peserta didik di sekolah. Karena guru memiliki kuasa untuk membina kepribadian peserta didik agar bisa menjadi seseorang yang berguna bagi nusa, bangsa dan juga agama.

Bertepatan dengan momentum Hari Guru Nasional, dan wujud penghargaan kepada para guru Indonesia, yang telah mendedikasikan segenap jiwa raganya untuk mendidik generasi bangsa, khususnya para guru yang ada di wilayah provinsi DKI Jakarta, Sekolah Insan Mandiri menyelenggarakan  Seminar Pendidikan bagi  guru, dengan tema “ Peran Dan Kontribusi Guru Dalam Mencerdaskan Bangsa Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045”.

Acara yang digelar di Aula RJA Anggota DPR RI Kalibata, pada Jumat, 24 November 2023 tersebut menghadirkan tiga pembicara. Bertindak selaku keynote speaker Dr. H. Muhammad Hidayat Nur Wahid, MA yang juga menjabat sebagai Anggota DPR RI.

Dalam pemaparannya yang bertajuk “ Tantangan Bangsa Menghadapai Bonus Demografi Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045”, Dr. Hidayat Nur Wahid, MA., menjelaskan kriteria pemimpin. Yaitu harus amanah dan mengutamkan kepentingan bangsa. “ Negara kita adalah negara berkeTuhanan atau beragama. Tetap ada frase agama pada roadmap pencapaian tujuan besar bangsa Indonesia. Kita selalu bersyukur bahwa pada konstitusi negara tercantum bahwa ; kemerdekaan kita diperoleh atas berkat dan Rahmat Allah SWT”.

Tampil sebagai pembicara berikutnya adalah Dr. Dinar Dewi Kania, MM, M.Sos., yang menjelaskan tentang materi “Mewaspadai Pemikiran Yang Merusak Perkembangan Generasi Bangsa”. Disusul Dr. Hj. Heni Lestari, S.Pd, M.Si., sebagai pembicara pamungkas, dengan tema “ Peran Guru Dalam Menjaga Budaya Indonesia Yang BerkeTuhanan”. Dr. Hj. Heni Lestari, atau yang dikenal dengan nama DHL adalah Direktur Pendidikan Sekolah Insan Mandiri.

Suasana hujan tidak menyurutkan langkah dari 582 orang peserta Seminar. bahkan hadir pula ditengah-tengah peserta para tokoh masyarakat dan pejabat public, seperti DR. H. Karim Santoso,S.Pd, M,Si., selaku Presiden Direktur Sekolah Insan Mandiri, Ibu Hj Ade Titin Gumati, M.Pd., selaku Pengawas Pendais Kec. Pasar Minggu, Ibu Muzlifah, Ketua HIMPAUDI kota Jakarta Selatan, DR Hj. Hidayah, M.Si., yang merupakan Rektor IAI Jamiat Khoir Jakarta dan tokoh-tokoh lainnya.

Pada acara tersebut digaungkan pula semangat untuk Bergerak bersama , mewujudkan pendidikan di Indonesia yang lebih baik lagi. Selamat Hari Guru Nasional 2023, maju terus guru-guru Republik Indonesia. (Tri Rachma).***
