Jakarta — Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) 2023 Tahap I Jenjang SD Sederajat sudah terlaksana pada Senin, 23 Oktober 2023 hingga Selasa, 24 Oktober 2023. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa sekolah dasar (SD) kelas 5.

Asesmen Nasional atau ANBK dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pusat Asesmen Pendidikan Kemendikbudristek, merancang Asesmen Nasional untuk menghasilkan informasi akurat guna memperbaiki kualitas belajar dan mengajar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Mengutip dari buku Prosiding Seminar Pendidikan: Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar “Pendidikan HITS (Humanis, Informatif, Transformatif, dan Sinergis) Penggerak Merdeka Belajar”, Listia Nadya Siahaan, Theodorra Dita Anggie Suryani, dkk (2022:33), program ANBK adalah kependekan dari Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer yang memuat Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) dan survei karakter.  ANBK bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik di Indonesia. ANBK dilaksanakan dengan 3 instrumen yaitu Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM Literasi, Numerasi), Survey Karakter, dan Survey Lingkungan Belajar.

Asesmen Nasional berfungsi untuk menghasilkan informasi guna memantau perkembangan mutu dari waktu ke waktu serta kesenjangan antarbagian dalam sistem pendidikan, misalnya dalam satuan pendidikan; antarkelompok sosial ekonomi; di satuan wilayah antara sekolah negeri dan swasta; antardaerah; atau antar kelompok menurut atribut tertentu.

Selama 2 hari pelaksanaan ANBK di SDIT Insan Mandiri Jakarta berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib. Pelaksanaan dibagi menjadi sesi 1 dan sesi 2. Hari pertama adalah untuk assesmen literasi membaca dan survey karekter, sedangkan di hari kedua adalah untuk literasi numerasi dan survey lingkungan belajar. Bentuk soal dari Asesmen Nasional terdiri dari soal objektif berupa pilihan ganda, pilihan ganda kompleks, menjodohkan, dan isian singkat. Kemudian, ada juga bentuk soal non-objektif yang terdiri dari soal uraian.
