Cipanas Cianjur — Up Grading adalah suatu usaha atau kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Dengan peningkatan kompetensi ini diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan pembelajaran SMPIT-SMAIT Insan Mandiri Arrahman Cianjur, Yayasan Insan Mandiri telah mengadakan kegiatan up grading pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada hari Senin, 09 Oktober 2023.

Pelatihan dan training motivasi ini merupakan agenda yang diadakan secara berkala oleh Yayasan Insan Mandiri. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara rutin karena memiliki beberapa tujuan, diantaranya yaitu untuk meningkatkan ukhuwah dan kapasitas bagi pendidik dan kependidikan. Pada kesempatan up grading kali ini pematerinya ialah Presisden Direktur Insan Mandiri Ustadz Dr. H. Karim Santoso, S.Pd, M.Si dengan dengan mengusung tema “Integrasi Nilai-nilai Islam dalam Dunia Pendidikan”.

Dr. Karim dalam presentasinya menyampaikan,  agar kita sebagai pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan menjalankan tugas kita karena Allah, mengajar dengan selalu mengaitkan Allah, selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman seperti kemajuan teknologi dan menjadi orang yang selalu mengutamakan respect karena itu lebih utama dari perfect  karena semua orang bisa melakukan segala sesuatu tapi belum tentu semua orang mau melakukan.

Oleh karena itu, kita harus terus meningkatkan kompetensi secara berkala dan berkelanjutan untuk mencapai  tujuan menjadikan Insan Mandiri yang islami dan berprestasi, tegas, Dr. Karim.

Up Grading ini merupakan rangkaian pembinaan Aset paling berharga, yaitu sumber daya manusia. Dr. Karim melakukan Road show ke seluruh sekolah cabang Insan Mandiri dari tanggal 4 – 18 Oktober 2023 (Lina Listiana).
